These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online platform and the services provided by Groomer's Quill. By accessing or using our site or booking any service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Groomer's Quill provides a comprehensive range of pet grooming services, including but not limited to:

• Full-service dog grooming
• Breed-specific styling
• De-shedding treatments
• Medicated baths
• Puppy introductory grooming
• Dental hygiene services
• Pawicures
• Creative grooming (e.g., colouring, stencilling)

All services are subject to availability and the specific needs and health of your pet, as assessed by our professional groomers.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments for grooming services can be scheduled through our online platform or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation notice from Groomer's Quill.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee.
• Late Arrivals: Please ensure timely arrival for your appointment. Excessive lateness may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, at the discretion of Groomer's Quill, with potential fees incurred.

3. Pet Health and Safety

The health and safety of pets are our highest priority.

• Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested.
• Health Conditions: Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioural issues your pet may have prior to the grooming appointment. This information is crucial for us to provide the best and safest care.
• Matted Coats: Severely matted coats may require additional time and may result in a close shave to prevent pain and injury to the pet. Additional charges may apply.
• Aggressive Behaviour: While we strive to work with all pets, we reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our groomers or itself due to aggressive behaviour.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are detailed on our website or can be provided upon request. Additional charges may apply for special requests, dematting, or handling difficult pets. Payment is due in full at the time of service completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Groomer's Quill and its staff will exercise the utmost care and caution while grooming your pet. However, in the unlikely event of injury, illness, or loss during the grooming process, our liability shall not exceed the cost of the grooming service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for accidents caused by pre-existing conditions unknown to us. Pet owners acknowledge that grooming can sometimes expose hidden medical issues or aggravate existing ones.

6. Consent for Media

By using our services, you grant Groomer's Quill permission to take photos and/or videos of your pet for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, advertisements). If you prefer not to have your pet featured, please inform us in writing.

7. Changes to Terms

Groomer's Quill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
